What you'll be doing:
Solid understanding of UX design principles
Ability to address complex design problems and provide sound design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
Create wireframes & interactive prototypes using HTML/CSS/JS to effectively communicate interaction & design concepts.
Collaborate in the requirements gathering and specification phases of a project.
Create graphics & layouts for our software applications.
Keep the rest of the team informed of the latest design techniques/trends/ideas
Develop and execute usability testing with target users.
Qualifications

Who you are:
BS/BA degree in Human Factors, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related area; equivalent experience may be substituted for the right candidate
A strong portfolio that demonstrates past work.
Experience creating interaction designs for Web applications or sites.
Visual design skills (layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, patterns) and a fanatical attention to detail.
Expertise in web design tools & techniques including Adobe CS, HTML and CSS.
Strong customer focus.
Comfortable working on highly technical product teams.
Comfortable working with rapidly changing requirements.
Desire to grow and improve as a designer.
Must be permanently authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
