Our payment technology and financial services clients are looking for an inspiring UX Designer to help revolutionize the way people pay for goods online and offline.

You will be responsible for designing rich and intuitive user experience / user interfaces for our web and mobile products. This will include web and mobile applications, widgets libraries, and tool interfaces for our existing platform, payments, and mobile environments. The designs should satisfy simplicity, ease-of-use and a rich user experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will work closely and collaborate with the Product team, Development, and QA to create and build the ideal experience our customers need. Deliverables encompass everything that is needed to ensure proper documentation is created by you for everyone on the team to be able to understand your vision of the right experience both from an interaction and visual standpoint. This position requires you to be self-motivated. We’re a team that jumps in with both feet and does what needs to be done. You’ll work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision. You’ll need to be able to deliver work on a deadline and will be critical to the overall release plan.

Duties Include:
• Develop, design, and manage the user experience for consumer digital payment solutions.
• Build a world-class User Experience solution that supports the needs of the products.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Spark fresh ideas that are infused in our culture and our products.
• Foster a deep and rewarding collaboration with the Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and our customers.
• Build the supporting documentation to insure success of a healthy User Experience team while delighting our customers.
• Help maintain and build an easy to follow User Interface Guideline.
• Provide and translate insightful data to understand our customers needs through research, interviews, testing, collaboration, and brainstorming.
• Capture, develop, and deliver ideas/processes that can help our patent portfolio.
• Be an advocate for our customers.

Qualifications
• 5+ years in related professional work.
Experience in consumer payment, e-commerce or banking is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge in computer and mobile platforms (Apple and Android).
• Passionate about creating great user experiences to the point of obsession.
• Experience designing world class user interfaces for the web and mobile.
• Knowledge of visual, UI and interaction design principles with an eye for details and consistency.
• Passionate about new web technologies and web techniques to help you build next gen user experiences.
• Be able to stand by your designs and provide solid rationale to backup your decision
• Cross-functional team leadership experience required with demonstrated results
• Set the tools standards for the team and be an expert in the use of those tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• B.S./B.A degree
