Drive design direction for brand new and existing experiences to assist in the growth of the product experience and leadership in the market
Define the user model, system design, architecture and user interface for new and existing Client products and features
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Partner with research to drive research initiatives and usability of new and existing products to make constructive suggestions for change.
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
First hand experience having worked with strategy, research or XF product teams to identify product features and prioritization that drive roadmap prioritization
Experience having contributed to omni channel environments (e.g. in store and online).
Experience having drove or contributed to design systems, information architecture, patterns, and libraries that span multiple features and/or product areas
Understanding of how to measure impact and identify key success metrics for projects
High bar of quality and product excellence for project work and deliverables end to end
5 years of experience in a related field.
MA/MS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related credentials.
Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces using Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, OmniGraffle, InVision, etc..
Experience with having created project requirements to drive successful product outcomes
Visual design sensibilities as they relate to applying a brand to digital experiences.
Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
