Our client’s goal is to become the smartest money platform available and give everyone the power to be smart with their money by being able to add multiple banks to one app. The team operates in a unique space on the boundaries of a large multinational bank with an entrepreneurial attitude of a start-up. Their current challenge is to scale their solution and support the beta launch.
As Senior UX Designer you will design improvements for existing parts of the app or create designs for new features. Every now and then you will conduct usability research in London that you need to prepare. Next to that there is a very active community that provides a lot of feedback where you can talk directly with customers.
You will be the backbone of up to two feature teams that delivers improvements to the app in a two week cycle. You’ll get the freedom to facilitate workshops and/or Design Sprints to get the result you need. Together with your team you will refine the feature and once it is implemented it will be shipped to our customers.

Data Driven individual
Experience in designing excellent mobile apps
At least three years working as a designer
Familiar with prototyping tools
Self-sustaining and curious attitude
Good communication skills (fluent in English) and experience in collaborating within teams
Strong visual design, UX and strategic skills
You are passionate about User Experience and are the voice of our customers
