Here's what our UX Designer will do

Bring it to life. You will convert business requirements into pixel perfect designs; bringing them to life with a variety of usability techniques.

Create it. You will create mockups, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.

Collaborate it. You will work hands on with Product Marketers, Designers, Developers, Testers and Users, to ensure the design is aligned to the business/user needs and implemented as designed.

Balance it. You will balance the urgency of business priorities with the importance of product consistency and interface usability.

Own it. You will take on the overall responsibility for the UI / UX design of the platform, ensuring a clean, elegant user interface that places the user at the center of the design.

Build it. You will take new features from concept and wireframe stage through to mock-ups and then final interfaces.

Test it. You, along with the rest of us, will be a user of the thing that we create together. We will be our own worst critic so our users’ won’t have to.
