Responsibilities:

Help guide a UX review of an existing product idea. This designer will work with visual designers to build a cohesive UX experience across various devices and platforms. Those with web only experience need not apply. The focus is on desktop (software) and mobile (apps). Must be able to flex with requirements as new data flows in, including customer feedback. We expect the UX designer to back up solutions with research and data. The ability to work in an agile environment and interface with other disciplines with minimal oversight is key to success in this position.

Experience: 3-5 years

Technical Skills:

Design - Sketching, concept creation and wireframing, producing sitemaps and user flows, possibly creating clickable prototypes. Working with user research teams to plan usability testing sessions and delivers artifacts for testing. Using user insight, analytics, best practice, competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

Design Specification - Delivers appropriate level of specification needed to ensure high quality development.

Best practice and design consistency - Researching and sharing industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences. Driving and documenting UX design standards and patterns across the different versions of this product.

Technical Knowledge - Proficient in key software packages. Experience working with mobile and desktop technologies.

Working in a team - Collaborating with visual designers, motion designers, developers, and project managers to define product experience and champion the user and the core principles of the product.
