Are you an UX design leader – and would your peers agree? When you look at a web site or application, do you see patterns? Does a well thought-out wireframe or prototype make you all warm and fuzzy? Do you thrive on digging into complex content so you can unravel it and put it back together in a way that makes the end-user ecstatic? Do you enjoy designing within code as much as you do in Photoshop? If you answered yes, Please apply to this post!

· Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings

· Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience preferred but experience and passion trumps all

· Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq and/or Axure

Preferred Qualifications
· Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides

· Experience working in a collaborative team, publicly white-boarding, and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

· Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

· Ability to drive the UX/Design review cycle and close on design requirements independently
