Retail User Experience

The Retail User Experience team seeks a passionate, collaborative, and outgoing candidate to join our fast-paced group. As a UX Project Lead / Information Architect you will be responsible for driving projects through all stage gates and defining experiences via producing IA deliverables for a variety of retail applications. Our work consists of various tablet, desktop, kiosk, and mobile projects that exist within our retail locations across the U.S. Our end users are both sales associates and customers that visit our stores.

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
- Be the UX lead for up to three fast paced projects
- Possess the ability to drive conversations, meetings, collaboration sessions and project definition between business, IT, and UX teams
- Have a client service approach to corporate relationships to act as a liaison between all project teams
- Experience delivering experience briefs, user journey maps, user flows, task flows, wireframes and functioning prototypes
- Have experience with various development/engineering approaches to understand how IT strategy impacts the user experience
- Perform UX quality assurance against developed applications and log defects with development teams
- Collaborate with other UX resources to deliver the optimal UX solution based on requirements
- Estimate new scope work

Collaboration is at the center of how we develop experiences and you will be able to hold conversations with, and present to, information architects, strategists, writers, developers, business analysts, business stakeholders, and project managers. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to self-define tasks, deadlines, and next steps as needed.
