US Merchandising Asst

Overview
As the Games Merchandising Associate for client, you are a self-starter who will ramp up quickly to build and maintain key content and promotional programs across handsets, web, and tablets.

Top Responsibilities
Support launch planning and execution for top partner initiatives
Meet with various cross-regional groups to align on promotional campaigns
Prepare and maintain program documents for internal and external groups
Recap performance results and share findings with the team

Responsibilities
Leverage strong gaming and industry knowledge to create and execute custom featuring solutions and promotional opportunities for game launches and seasonal campaigns
Possess a high degree of comfort and flexibility when working cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, engineering, and other teams to develop an innovative user experience
Bring strong digital retail instincts, sharp analytical abilities, and impeccable oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to prioritize, meet critical deadlines, and take on challenging tasks with enthusiasm and a problem-solving mindset
Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively to develop new content experiences and scalable merchandising processes

Requirements
BA/BS degree required
2-5 years of mobile, PC, and/or console gaming and technology experience
Detail-oriented, with good project management and analytical skills
3-5 years of work experience in merchandising or digital content/entertainment
Backgrounds include but not limited to Digital Sales, Merchandising, ECommerce Specialists, Analysts, Digital Ads and Monetization, and Program Managers

Additional language(s) a plus
