UK Local Image and Marketing Operations Specialist-Enterprise

Our global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company is looking for Image and Marketing Operations to works closely with the UK Senior Manager team lead identifying; developing and executing programmes that support the client’s brand for a 9 - 12 month contract starting ASAP.


The role is required to balance UK Local Image programme management with the operational requirements in terms of reporting, budgetary management and cross- functional cohesiveness as well as helping to manage the creation of effective marketing programmes to build the client’s name in the UK marketplace.


Key Responsibilities - Programme management and day to day support for


Development and implementation of networking and communication channels to engage alumni
Website and database management including maintenance, updates and reporting
Quarterly newsletter production
Annual reception and networking event management
Quarterly scorecard metrics
Work with the Manager to champion the corporate citizenship programmes internally and externally, ensuring brand values are properly reflected at all touchpoints (e.g. throughout campaigns, digital and print collateral, sponsorships and events)
Support web presence and Digital/Social Media channels/reporting
Help to develop a range of marketing materials, from website, film and print through digital and on-line
Work and assist internal creative teams and agencies to develop materials and deploy marketing strategy
Write articles for monthly comms channels
Coordinate monthly UKI Marketing Leadership meetings, capturing actions and deliverables and following up to ensure completed
Plan and build quarterly UKI marketing community events, shaping agenda and identifying speakers. Requires full event management and follow up for any outcomes and actions.
Manage and maintain UKI Marketing Catalogue of activities
Be central point of contact for planning and data management
Local Image Marketing Programmes
Provide support for new UK Local Image marketing initiatives as required eg Salesforce.com, Stakeholder Review, Competitor Intelligence UKI Credential



Qualifications

Education - Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent

Work Experience - Solid all round marketing experience in the management and creation of marketing, sponsorship, events, digital marketing and internal communications together with an understanding of media and analyst relations. Strong business acumen ideally within a professional services organisation



Knowledge and Skill Requirements


Be able to provide sound professional advice & solutions to colleagues & clients
Understanding of business content and how to apply to business issues and problems
Understanding and ability to apply marketing concepts, branding and message development skills.
Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace.
Project management skills.
Understanding of budget management and financial reporting.
Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues.
Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
