UI/Visual Designer Needed in Cupertino!

UI/Visual Designer needed for an onsite project in Cupertino, CA for a 6month+ project!

Mandatory Technical Skills:
• Demonstrated experience with delivering enterprise-level design
• Experience with Agile Framework and working in an agile environment
• Familiarity with Apple’s OS X Human Interface Guidelines
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Experience with rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction​
• Ability to present your designs and clearly express solutions to project stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
• Min. 7 - 10 years enterprise experience

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product owner, user interface designer, and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize design that bring simplicity to complex design
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present designs to peers and stakeholders
• Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Desirable Technical Skills

Mandatory Functional Skills:
• Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
• Driving efficiencies and implementing roadmap to constantly improve speed of response
• Carry out periodic Service reviews and identify areas of service improvement actions. Implement service improvement action plan
