Our client has an ONSITE contract UX role in the metro Tampa, FL area. Start mid April after interview. See below:
Translate concepts and business requirements into user flows, wireframes,
mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, mockups and prototypes optimized
for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new,
functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gain product insight.
Present designs to internal teams for review.
Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, User Interaction, Graphic Design, Web
Design or at least three years of relevant UX design experience.
Expertise in standard UX software such as Axure (a must), Sketch, Photoshop and
General knowledge of HTML &CSS.
Ability to work with different teams to understand detailed requirements and design
complete user experiences that meet user needs and vision.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a
deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and
solutions to internal teams.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and open to receiving feedback
and constructive criticism.
Understanding of common software project management practices and
Familiarity with WCAG and ADA guideless for Accessibility.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
The candidates will need to sit onsite in the Tampa office.
