UI VIsual Designer - (Direct Hire)

One of our Fortune 500 clients and also Big 4 consulting firms is looking for a ROCK-STAR UI Designer.

You should be able to be hands on and in the weeds with details of design and implementation. This The UI Designer will work with a UX Lead and team of UX consultants typically involving a UX Architect and a Content Strategist to focus on Web and Mobile design efforts. This team will deliver rapid prototypes and other digital artifacts for a variety of UX Design efforts. Work may range from ongoing maintenance of current efforts begun by other teams to full User Interface Design Projects where all digital artifacts will be produced. All experience levels apply as there is an opening for a Jr., Mid and Senior level designer on the team.

Other Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities: Develop the desired digital experience and insights to influence the overall customer experience. Contribute to the completion of the digital artifacts. This may also include rapid prototyping and other visualization activities. Work with the requirements explorations that may include ad hoc, high-level sketches that enable the iterative and interactive exploration of business requirements within and between capability areas. Collaborate with Customer Experiencing Insights (CEI) UX Researcher and Digital UX Creative Director and Work with(s) to provide alignment of the User-Centered Design Approach and User Research plan content, test, and to provide plan execution. Attend, contribute, and facilitate artifact review meetings via business case lifecycle (e.g., Concept Model and Conceptual Flow, High-level Wireframe Review, and Detailed Wireframe and Interactive Flow Review, Digital Design Solution Documents). Verify that created/updated Digital artifacts that meet the UX Design quality standards and comply with Digital Standards, such as process simplification for responsive web design and mobile first. Work collaboratively and accept guidance from Digital Experience Architects/Creative Directors to provide the highest quality of deliverables, per Digital Governance processes, and adherence to Digital standards. Collaborate, as needed, with Digital UX Design Team Members, Digital Business Analysts, Business Architects, Digital Experience Architects, Application Architects, Technical Architects, Data Architects, and/or subject matter experts in the development of Digital artifacts. Escalate issues, risks, and challenges to the UX Lead Skills Needed: • User Interface Design • User Analysis/Requirements Visualization • Axure RP Pro • Microsoft Visio • Adobe Photoshop/Creative Cloud • Microsoft Word and Excel Bonus Skills: • HTML/CSS (preferred but not required) • Adobe Dreamweaver (preferred but not required) • Adobe InDesign (preferred but not required) • JavaScript (preferred but not required)
