We are looking for a UX Strategist to help with both UX research/strategy and IA. We will expect this person to own UX research, usability engineering and user testing, site maps, user-flow diagrams, accessibility checklists and guidelines, and be constantly involved with web analytics, content strategy and creative.


Define user experiences around our web properties
Develop personas, wireframes, prototypes, user scenarios, navigational elements, site maps and site audits
Execute directly research projects around a variety of Digital initiatives
Provide oversight on research projects performed by external vendors around a variety of Digital initiatives
Validate designs by understanding our different groups of users and continuously user-testing new UX
Achieve consensus and communicate user experience requirements in a highly cross-functional team of designers, developers, content producers, product managers, web producers, program managers, etc.
Help grow a user-centered design process: from personas and storyboards, to information architecture and interaction prototypes, to UI design & wireframes
Continue to innovate the user experience with the industry standards with social and mobile at top of mind

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Desired

Ability to create compelling simple UX around complex systems with a keen understanding of the end user. Strong human factors expertise to address all the fundamentals encountered in interactive/digital environments is required
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with various design methods and processes, including Agile and iterative development
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Understanding of the tradeoffs between perfect design, user experience, CTA, development effort and content management
Demonstrated ability to successfully simultaneously work on a range of projects, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex, implementation to innovation
Knowledgeable with web best practices, include mobile first and RWD
Experience in UX for B2B global/international web presences, including: websites, mobile web apps, social networks, blogs, or other marketing channels
Knowledgeable about cross platform and cross browser technical challenges
Strong understanding of analytics and its role in design and UX

Minimum Experience & Education

6+ years of leading UX projects at large companies
Bachelors degree in a UX related discipline
