We have an very exciting opportunity for a visual designer interested in an ongoing contract at one of Seattle's fastest growing and extremely profitable startups.

Our client produces real-time tracking & attribution analytics technology for online and mobile advertising. Since inception, their unbiased, flexible, and cloud-based software has been a catalyst for industry-wide evolution, enabling our customers to establish and manage advertising relationships, with a focus on accurately measuring performance. In light of a booming mobile industry, they recently launched MobileAppTracking, an innovative performance tracking technology that is now used by the world's most popular mobile app producers and their advertising partners.

Our client is looking for a User Interface Designer to assist us with the total redesign of our MobileAppTracking application. These software products are powerful and sophisticated, and are used by a very tech-savvy audience, so we need a designer who understands technology and user-centered design. This project utilizes your UI design chops and knowledge of trends and best practices to help shape the future of the product design. A majority of the time spent will be hands-on in visual design, but you’ll also be asked to apply your problem-solving skills in user experience design to produce wires and user flows where necessary. You’ll also be tasked with delivering final assets for the front-end development team; such as graphics, redlines, and style guide specifications.

Responsibilities:

Redesign existing content from the current application design into the new UI design.
Collaborate with Product Leadership and front-end development teams to solve UX problems.
Take functional specs and wireframes and translate them into visual designs
Take part in design reviews and provide revisions to designs based on feedback
Deliver final assets to the front-end development team, such as (but not limited to) graphics, redlines, wire frames, and visual style specifications.

Requirements:

3+ years of work experience in a UI design role in a digital media environment, with at least 2 years of designing for web-based or desktop software
A strong digital portfolio with relevant experience in UI design, preferably with a strong mobile-first/responsive background
Strong skill set in all relevant software, including Adobe Creative Suite
Be a passionate advocate for interface design and user experience.
