Our client is looking for a UI designer with responsive design experience for a long term contract.
As a User Interface Designer, your focus is in creating mind-blowing experiences that people love and
in having a knack for communication, collaboration and iteration in order to make those experiences
even better. You’re a master of mixing together the right combination of engaging design, visual
strategy and intuition that comes from your gut. You’re in love with the history of design and attuned
to how users think and react to interactive experiences. You're multi-faceted and have dabbled
elsewhere... perhaps with art, content and promotional design, print, code or wireframes – and
can speak those languages for the sake of better collaboration. You're a perfectionist, becomgin
obsessive over getting things designed and documented "just so." You “get” multi-screen. "Device
agnostic" is your creed and rapid iteration is your mantra. You’re nimble and saavy. You're not afraid
to let your geek-flag fly. You have an unavoidable obsession with trends across entertainment, science
fiction, video games, pop-culture, fashion, art, design and technology. You see as much inspiration in
user-driven data and feedback as you get from a stroll through the Guggenheim or LACMA.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with the UX team to research, concept and execute on all digital platforms
• Help to define, execute and iterate on design patterns, interactions and features for the
brand and product initiatives across all screens
• Execute at all levels of the design process from lo-fi prototype to polished and launched product
• Partner with content, development and product teams to create new products and features
support and enhance cross-platform experiences and strategies
• Know when to both inspire and collaborate with your team to make career-defining work

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in user interface and digital product design for globally renowned
brands. A balance of creative agency and in-house experience helps, as does a crossfunctional
background (we collaborate A LOT)
• Portfolio of original and breakthrough work with demonstrated documentation of those
experiences
• Intimate knowledge of the latest developments in digital technology, responsive design, HTML5,
both native and web app design and modern production best practices
• An uncanny ability to communicate and present complex products, services and features, in a
simple, intuitive and engaging manner
• Bachelors in Fine Arts or Graphic Design, Interactive Design or other related visual design or art
programs. Master’s a plus
