Training and Development

The Consultant-Curriculum Development is responsible for designing and developing Business Sales and Service New Hire curricula/content to build skills and capabilities in the areas of advanced converged solutions, Vertical and Business Solution Alliances, Contracts, Systems, Process/Procedures and advanced selling skills; project management; performance consulting; and measuring the impact of training delivery and facilitating pilots, Train-the-Trainers.

Curriculum Development
Responsible for development of technology training conception to implementation.
Develop training materials from participant and leader guides, job aids, blended-learning including certifications/assessments and presentation materials.
Develops for a broad range of modalities including classroom, blended learning, virtual/web-based, and social networking collaboration.
Identify processes to determine interventions to best meet the needs of specific situations, and develop training programs and educational tools address identified needs.
Partner with Area BCGO/BFO stakeholder group to identify program development needs.
 Works cross-functionally with other workgroups to develop most effective materials ensuring commonality of curricula for all disciplines.
 Analyze learning needs and partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to provide input for course content and/or design of technical and/or complex subject matter.
Ensure training materials and programs are effective and relevant.
Responsible for staying current on critical BCGO/BFO business needs, with a solid emphasis on network, techonology, customer service challenges and emerging needs.

Program Management or Project Management
Responsible for several training programs. Program management duties include owning specific training programs from start to implementation, project planning, curriculum development, training delivery/pilots, train the trainer and measuring results pre/post implementation.

Spend appropriate amount of time clients/stakeholders to gather data, develop key learnings for training and feedback.

Conduct key administrative duties for training adhering to all budget guidelines,
submitting all necessary reports, etc.

Performance Consulting/Assessment Evaluations
Effectively pre and post class activities that promote optimal learning.
Responsible for performance consulting (including but not limited to needs assessments,
focus groups, etc.) with stakeholders to determine appropriate solutions.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of key the use of surveys, analyzing results and/or collections performance measurements. Provide results and feedback to upper management and other internal customers.
Modify curriculum based on business initiatives.
Assist with measuring the analyzing course content relevancy, the training participants’ attainment of key performance objectives, and the trainers’ delivery of the classes to ensure the intended outcomes of the programs were achieved.

Training Delivery
Prepare lesson plans, training aids and materials for pilots, train-the-trainers, etc.
Deliver train-the-trainer sessions on developed materials to BCGO/BFO Trainers and leadership for leader-led sessions.
Assist with development of peer coaching, providing constructive feedback, co-teaching if required, and overall trainer quality.
Qualifications:
BA/BS Development, Business Administration ordegree in Education,
Organization equivalent experience.
