As an eLearning Developer, you will use your creativity and technical expertise to drive engaging training content and business-building initiatives. You’ll work with a team of innovative learning and development professionals across the United States with learning experiences that inspire, empower, and change the way work gets done.

 

We ‘own’ the entire creative and technical elearning production process. Joining our team means you’re an ace at making elearning exciting and effective. You pride yourself on being equally creative and analytical, always looking for innovative ways to solve problems. You’re energized by building online simulations, user interfaces, mobile learning, gamification, and virtual learning environments. And, you are just as capable with the developer tools needed to get the job done. Pushing the envelope with unconventional ideas is your standard operating procedure. Your creative vocabulary is insightful, and so is your mind’s eye for great design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Partner and collaborate with Instructional Designers, internal customers and others to create digitally engaging learning experiences

•Create eLearning courses using programs such as (Captivate, Storyline, GoAnimate, Camtasia)

•Production of interactive multimedia learning products

•Communicate educational rationale of proposed interactive concepts and designs

•Guide the creative direction, technical specifications, and resources necessary to deliver high quality learning experiences

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

•Proficient with the following Microsoft Applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

•Adobe Captivate, Photoshop and Illustrator

•Articulate Storyline -- Required

•Experience with graphic design

•Responsive eLearning design
