Training Delivery Specialist

This team at a major global tech org is responsible for training delivery & development requirements to ensure a world class sales experience.  You will be involved with the coordination & delivery of intensive 4-week New Hire Induction course – covering Sales Skills, Business Delivery, Product & Service Knowledge, and Soft Skills. You will run the day to day functional direction of trainees within the program training classroom environment, tracking performance through student progress monitoring, and providing coaching and development feedback and readiness recommendations.  
You will facilitate ongoing development of agents to enable swift progression through performance levels, and act as trusted mentor to help outliers develop & maintain high sales and operational performance targets.

Other responsibilities include: 
• Produce & deliver ad-hoc training sessions to address performance gaps and develop agent, coach & management skills 
• Partner with Coaches and Operational Management to identify opportunities of continual development, providing feedback on how training has landed with our agents 
• Provide meaningful insights to continually assess & shape our approach, and develop our training material – become an active participant in Training Review Cycle 
• Become the trusted development specialist in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment & effectively help manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle 
• Act as trusted advisor for the hiring process, with active involvement in the assessment of new agents 

Sales Training Skills: 
• Proven Sales training experience within an IT/call center environment 
• Engaging and facilitative training style with proven experience in training methodology and soft skills delivery 
• Highly skilled in conducting needs analysis and devising custom learning solutions 
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and quickly adapt to change 
• CIPD/NLP/MCT Qualification (or Local equivalent) highly beneficial 

Business Skills: 
• Committed to self-development, thriving on a challenge and presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times 
• A proven track record of helping people succeed, preferably in a B2B sales environment 
• Familiarity with broad business customer, industry challenges, and ability to help people uncover specific client pain-points & develop relevant solutions 
• Passion for complex enterprise SW, and broad Cloud solutions and the understanding of our primary competitors
