As a Training Coordinator, you will be an important member of the Creative Shop team, tasked with implementing and executing our global training program. As our team grows rapidly with new people joining around the world, it's critical that we effectively equip the team with resources to do their job through trainings. We are looking for someone with strong execution skills, who can roll up their sleeves to get the job done. You are detail-oriented, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn trust and credibility within the Creative Shop and with partners. You possess strong organization and communication skills, hold yourself and others accountable to impact, and operate with poise in high pressure and time-sensitive scenarios. This position is based in our New York office.

Responsibilities:

We have 5 key training tracks to implement across the global team: new hires, general team refreshes, managers, developmental opportunities, and external training opportunities.
Across the above tracks, you will be responsible for the following:

Scheduling the training sessions across offices, including booking rooms, calendaring on peoples' schedules, ensuring video recordings
Managing invites across timezones to strive for full participation in trainings, including over video conference
Delivering quizzes to new hires to assess their understanding of training content
Deploying surveys across training sessions to gather feedback on sessions

Purchase books and resources, and coordinate with regional admins, to have physical libraries in our global offices
Roll out internal trainings across the team
Communicate updates to partners and manage training roll-outs to deadlines



Skills:
BA/BS degree desired
Excellent execution in an autonomous and sometimes ambiguous environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work with and through others
Strong attention to detail and organization around work
Ability to adapt to changes

Education:
BA/BS degree strongly desired
