Trafficking & Marketing Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will work with marketing managers to support all marketing initiatives, deliverables, materials and scheduling aimed at promoting the company brand, driving engagement and sales, and maintaining the client's position of market leadership.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist with implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns by building target lists; opening/managing support request tickets; preparing campaigns and objectives; planning and organizing presentations; and managing calendars.
• Track, analyze and report on marketing campaigns through CRM systems and marketing automation systems.
• Provide budget support to sponsor, work center resources, and other stakeholders.
• Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with third-party agencies and print shops; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Assist with marketing campaign and content production and review.
• Support Brand and Promotions staff by entering lead data into various systems, analyzing market trends and forecasts, and researching new product information
• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
• Assist with planning of meetings and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
• Assist with social medial outreach, promotions, and strategies.
• Assist with processing of vendor invoices.
