Traffic/Project Manager

Fun and busy San Francisco travel and hospitality brand is seeking a Traffic/Project Manager for a long term contract!

WHAT YOU'll BE DOING:
• Review daily work schedule with Art Director & Marketing Director and creative team
• Manage detailed production schedules across all jobs and publish daily production status report
• Run weekly production meeting
• Expedite all “crisis jobs.” Majority of work should flow through creative/production on a reasonable, scheduled basis, as directed and supervised by the Art Director & Marketing Director
• Foresee potential scheduling and delivery conflicts early and proactively propose solutions for resolution for review by the Art Director and Marketing Director
• Manage internal routing of all concepts, layouts, artwork and digital proofs for review
• Make sure all materials are properly signed off and approved
• Solicit scope of work documents and associated cost estimates from outside vendors, including photographers, freelance creative resources, and other resources
• Assist creative team in maintaining and archiving all files
• Proofread all marketing assets in production
• Track the course of projects to ensure deadlines are being met
• Work with studio team to modify and integrate new systems
• Process all department invoices
• Resolve conflict in an assertive and diplomatic fashion
• Serve as information resource for all issues, questions, documentation, etc. that will arise during the full project lifecycle

Fun Fact: This role is not for anyone who gets seasick....the office is on a boat!

TERMS:
Only local San Francisco candidates will be considered
This is an open ended contract (2 months to start) with the potential to extend for the right person
