Job Summary: Responsible for managing day-to-day trafficking and workflow of creative projects (including print, digital, video, etc.) and the communications related to these projects. Responsible for pro-active communication and operational integration between all internal business partners and departments. Actively reinforces workflow processes and procedures as needed to drive department efficiencies for on time delivery of assets against deadlines. Creates traffic reporting, and traffic related documentation to share with key stakeholders and cross-functional, cross location team members. Acts as key point of contact for questions regarding workflow and billing adjustments. Works collaboratively with Project Coordinators and key stakeholders to evaluate new projects allocate and manage resources and track productivity. Gain thorough knowledge of clients systems and procedures for tracking jobs.
