Traffic/Marketing Coordinator

Do you have an interest in working in a fast-paced Marketing department? Do you have 1-2 years of traffic experience and a passion for details?

The Traffic Coordinator coordinate the workflow of dozens of projects – simultaneously in progress – in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, creative Marketing department.

• Traffic jobs from start to finish:
o Create production schedules
o Monitor the status of each job and ensure that deliverables are meeting deadlines
o Obtain internal and client approvals as required
o File all back-up documentation upon completion of jobs
• Participate in relevant meetings as needed, including production meetings, event planning sessions, and creative input briefings
• Assist with billing process
• Interact with staff and clients at all levels
• Maintain sample books and file drawers
• Perform other duties as assigned with or without accommodation


Education: College degree preferred

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years traffic experience required in a marketing, advertising, agency or in-house project management environment
Must have experience managing a high volume of projects.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications: • Proficient in Windows environment, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), across all levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of creative and production processes
• Adept at developing production schedules
• Acute attention to detail
• Superior customer service skills

• Must be a quick learner and able to work independently to complete tasks
• Confident and comfortable managing heavy workload
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Marketing team, across the organization, and with outside partners
• Deadline oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
