We have an immediate opportunity for a Traffic & Production Manager to join our Studio Online practice. Studio Online is a global, full-service team of creative and digital professionals who work in partnership with clients to determine the right strategic approach to the creative and digital components of their communication programs and positioning. In this role, your teammates will include individuals from a broad range of disciplines including print and interactive design, broadcast, user experience, content development, programming, media buying and campaign management. Clients will include globally recognized organizations such as Fortune 500 companies, multinationals, not-for-profits and NGO’s.


Serve as the central point of contact for all print, digital and video projects that the Studio Online team is engaged and ensure the daily flow of production is seamless
Coordinate with the team to resource projects and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
Prepare and negotiate budgets, job specifications, and schedules
Track and measure progress, and keep project managers, internal and external clients updated
Ensure that all jobs are being produced to the Studio Online team’s quality and creative standards, and at the best possible cost to our clients
Manage vendors and freelancers
Liaise with client's paid media team, and coordinate resources across our global network


3-7 years of relevant experience in a traffic/production role within a creative studio, advertising, marketing, or PR agency
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Experience managing large scope projects that require coordination across internal and external teams under tight deadlines
Prior budget management experience
Strong understanding of the production process across all media
Ability to diplomatically and effectively communicate at all levels, manage multiple work streams and drive projects to completion on time and within budget
Collaborative team player
