Wanted: A Detail-Oriented Traffic Specialist to join our Creative Services Department. Do you thrive in process-driven environments? Do you have an “eagle-eye” for catching mistakes and typos? Your Mission:
The Traffic Specialist position is responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of high- quality print, online and digital graphics through the Creative Services workflow.

What You’ll Do as a Traffic Specialist:
> Liaison with account managers, graphic designer and production artists to initiate and deliver high-quality creative assets for print, online and digital channels.
> Organize project requirements and provide designers with detailed project briefs.
> Coordinate project schedules and design resources to ensure on-time delivery of all assigned projects.
> Proof all completed creative assets to ensure all included information is accurate, all project requirements were met, all design elements are on-brand, and all designs are high quality.
> Understand and professionally communicate project specifications and status updates to team members, account managers, clients and executives as necessary.
> Provide on-going feedback to enhance our workflow and identify new ways to streamline our production processes.
> Actively participate in team meetings and department initiatives.
> Assist with maintaining best practice documentation.
> Provide assistance to the general design/production needs of the department as directed, and perform other duties as required

What You’ll Need to Impress the Client:
> Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience in an agency or in-house setting.
> A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related subject, or the equivalent work experience.
> Experience working with a formal project-management system to track projects and coordinate resources.
> Strong knowledge of grammar and composition rules required for editing and proofreading material.
> Strong knowledge of print & digital media channels & advertising requirements.
> Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.
> A high work-standard and an ability to innovate, problem-solve and think critically.
> Exceptional organizational abilities & proven ability to multi-task.
> Excellent communication, customer service and collaboration skills.
> Proficiency with Mac computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
> A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
> A strong passion for all things creative and an eye for great design.
