Traffic Manager for Production

Coordinate, track and traffic high volume of non-packaging artwork for Luxury/Consumer Beauty 
brands in for the production studio in NY. 
 Estimated Non-Packaging AW includes: 
– Displays/Visual Merchandising 
– In Store Collateral 
– Scented Materials 
– FSI/Trade Ads 
– Ad Coefficients 
 Keep trackers current for all projects with timing/deadlines. 
 Process request forms/turnovers from creative/marketing to shared services teams. 
 Route and track feedback/approvals. 
 Accountable for maintaining/communicating timing/deadline and volume. 
 Hold and/or attend meetings with clear agendas and discussion points. 
 Set expectations/needs for production studios. 
 Negotiate/renegotiate timing and compromise where needed on projects. 
 Stay positive and motivated in the face of obstacles/setbacks. 
 Willingness to learn and be flexible to business needs. 
 Excellent communication skills with production manager and all cross functional teams. 
 Maintaining positive working relationships with all cross functional teams. 
 Own/drive a variety brands. 
 Possess a minimum of 5 years minimum of traffic experience 
 Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
 Excellent communication skills and be a team player. 
 Able to manage and prioritize large volumes of work. 
 Take direction and communicate challenges immediately.
