We are currently looking for a TRAFFIC MANAGER to join an award winning Digital Creative Agency, located in Sydney.
This role is offered as a permanent or temp-to-permanent and provides a great opportunity for a highly organised and friendly Traffic Manager, with digital project experience, to join a talented agency team.
Within this role, you will be working very closely with the agency's Production Director, interacting with staff and stakeholders across all studio discliplines and levels – from creative, digital, production and video; through to client -services and senior managers / stakeholders too.
Day-to-day you will be utilising a workflow management system to ensure the studio projects and resource runs smoothly. Ideally we are looking for someone who can ensure the system is running to its best potential – organise workflow, review processes, then suggest and implement workflow improvements.
Experience / knowledge of project management for digital, social media or video content would be a huge advantage too; as this role will also encompass some coordination of studio divisions / projects.
As with any Traffic Manager role, you will be working closely with the creative, account service and production teams to see studio projects come to life. To successfully deliver on this, you will need to work closely with the team to plan and estimate; manage expectations; negotiate and organise studio resource; work with competing priorities and track project milestones to ensure delivery, budget and quality levels are reached.
