Traffic Coordinators

Our client, a non-profit in the D.C. area, is looking for (2) talented and dedicated Traffic Coordinators to join their team. One full-time on a long-term basis and one part-time for a 3-6 month period. The Traffic Coordinators will be supporting the Account and Operations Analyst to ensure that the traffic function is executed in a timely fashion and projects assigned appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provides a high level of customer service as the first point of contact
• Assigns and tracks the flow of projects from account/client services, creative and operational departments, and ensures the timely execution of all projects
• Troubleshoots and determines if projects are complete, timelines are appropriate, and Account Manager involvement is necessary; escalates changes and creates contingency plans as appropriate
• Troubleshoots any process or technical issues, including client support through the marketing operations process
• Other duties as assigned

Work experience:
• Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience in a studio, agency or in-house department that supports multiple executions and high volume
• Traffic operations experience required
• Media buying and/or collateral production experience a plus
• Requires outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Team collaboration a must. Ability to plan, analyze, organize and schedule projects
• Successful candidates will possess strong project/time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in the use of software (Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook) , or the ability to learn technology used, including Teradata if not already familiar
• Teradata or other marketing operations system experience a plus
• Possess very strong client service orientation and account management skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, critical thinking and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities and work styles, and demonstrated diplomatic
• Requires a degree in marketing, or related field.
