Traffic Coordinator/Project Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Traffic Coordinator/Project Coordinator on a 6+ month contract basis.

The Traffic Coordinator/Project Coordinator is accountable for implementing campaigns, ensuring full delivery, optimizing for performance and reporting. Additionally, this role will support other strategic initiatives related to the promotion of the adoption and utilization of the online project management tool.

Responsibilities:
• Improve time management, ease workflow, identify bottlenecks and refocus resources
o Update project tasks in online project management tool
o Follow-up with project managers to help ensure on-time project completion
o Analyze, track and resolve problems involving the online project management tool
o Track key learnings
• Partner with Creative Services and provide support for the execution of marketing campaigns and production of collateral
o Request work from Creative Services
o Work directly with project managers to perform all aspects of traffic management, including implementation, testing, deployment, delivery and optimization of collateral
o Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns by tracking projects in the online project management tool
o Participate in planning meetings for new product launches
o Prepare timelines with stakeholders
o Follow-up on requests and answer questions about projects
o Serve as a lead for all trafficking and approvals
• Encourage knowledge sharing and learning
o Assist in on-site trainings regarding the online project management tool
o Help develop and deliver a library of online project management tool-related WebEx Trainers to address frequent user questions

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing or similar business experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience

• Superior knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Strong team player and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to think strategically, assess business risk and apply creative problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Project management skills, including building and delivering on effective project plans, identifying obstacles, developing contingency plans and recommending solutions for resource constraints
• Proactive work style, especially as it relates to project, client and partner follow up
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to specific deadlines
• Awareness of various work styles, communication and cultural differences and needs; ability to adapt to each audience’s unique approach
• Prior experience with Workfront, Microsoft Project, LiquidPlanner, Wrike, Clarizen or related project management software is an advantage
