Traffic Coordinator with In-House Agency

Location: Tukwila, WA
Job Type: Contract, W2 through Aquent
Hours: 40 per week
Duration: 6+ months with the potential for extension long term

Responsibilities
-Manage the workload both individually and collectively, manage the traffic management process/quality control, close out projects as the department completes them, generate workload reports.
-Ensure incoming job requests contain all the needed information, assign job numbers.
-Assign simple, single deliverable projects to team members based on current workload in coordination with managers. Refer higher level projects to account services for team and talent assignment.
-Issue status reports to share with creative team, monitor information flow through all departments.
-Coordinate simple, templated projects or re-orders with little or no modifications. Route materials to vendors as needed.
-Monitor and report on the creative teams workload, individually and collectively.
-Assist Project Coordinators to ensure that all documentation - creative brief, estimates, project plans, schedules and budgets are complete.
-Track and report on actual to-date expenditures against estimates for all simple jobs.
-Close out completed jobs and archive assets.
-Collect data for metric output to provide workload reports.
-Evolve the traffic process to meet internal business partner and departmental needs.
-Enforce adherence to work-flow processes and deadlines.
-Function as Department point of contact for questions regarding project workflow and billing adjustments.
-Participate in lessons learned team meetings.

Requirements
-Must have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
-Must demonstrate a sense of urgency, the ability to prioritize competing priorities and work under pressure.
-Must be extremely detailed oriented.
-Must be collaborative and have excellent people skills to work with internal customers and creative professionals.
-Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
-Must be able to identify process improvements.
-Required computer skills: Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, SharePoint a plus, basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.
