Traffic Coordinator (ePublishing)

The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the publishing production processes needed for digital assets getting published onto the various websites (new and updates). These include prospectus', annual reports, and brochures. This person will work with multiple business areas including Print Communications, Distribution Center etc. to ensure deadlines are met. This person will be responsible for entering data into a database and requires excellent attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:
-Requires at least 3-5 years of traffic coordination experience in a fast-paced production environment
-Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving routine matters and escalates issues to team members, as needed
-Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; strong grammar and syntax skills; strong inter-personal skills.
-Demonstrates strong detail orientation, process orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlines
-Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationships inside and outside the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives
-Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment; initiative to work and learn independently and proactively contribute to department goals; and ability to maintain effective business relationships with associates throughout the organization
-Demonstrates initiative by identifying and communicating issues to team members
-Demonstrates a working knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes as well as the ability to apply knowledge to work assignments
