Traffic Coordinator, Global Catalogues and Collateral

Our client is looking for someone who has no more than 5 years experience as a Traffic Manager in a creative setting!
The main role of the Global Catalogues and Collateral Traffic Coordinator is to manage the workflow of Catalogue and Collateral projects from inception to final production.

  • Traffic catalogue and collateral projects to ensure the timely delivery of materials at each stage of development.
  • Prepare, update and monitor production schedules.
  • Supervise the copy and translation process, mechanical creation, versioning, proofreading, internal routing for approvals, blueline/proof approval process and read-throughs.
  • Provide direction to Computer Arts on mechanical set-up and revisions.
  • Release disks to Production to be used for intermediate layouts for color.
  • Disk and upload final files to the FTP site for the production vendor and local market production.
  • Closely communicate with all parties (Copywriters, Art Directors, Computer Arts, Production, Proofreading, Brand Management, Interactive and PR) and send out timing alerts when needed.
  • Operational support for the Team (including filing, archiving, photocopying, scanning and other administrative tasks).
  • Coordinate with production on all final digital assets (meta data downloads and final pdfs.)
  • Manage the physical and electronic records retention program for catalogue and collateral projects giving proper attention to legal and operational concerns.
  • Maintain Invitation Library samples and Creative Brief Binders.
  • Act as back-up support to the Assistant Manager, Public Relations and Global Collateral Traffic and Coordinator, Global Catalogues and Public Relations
