Traffic Coordinator

As Traffic Coordinator, you'll work with many areas of the company and serve as the access point for on-site and remote customers. You'll evaluate project needs, recommend project solutions, estimate costs and schedules, communicate standards and approvals, route materials accordingly, and manage customer relationships and expectations. You'll be responsible for and manage resource capacity by balancing and assigning work based on skill sets and availability.

In this role, you'll frequently work independently, and inform supervisor of project status. You'll also share your knowledge of firm projects with team members. Occasional travel, overtime and flexibility in work schedule may be required.

Hours are: 10:00 AM EST – 7:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST

· Advise customers of correct procedures, standard requirements, and appropriate approvals
· Develop and manage customer relationships and expectations. React appropriately to unexpected situations and communicate situations to leadership as necessary
· Make resource assignment based on assessment of project requirements. Negotiate deadlines with customers
· Review customer-submitted work requests for accuracy
· Assign work requests and coordinate day-to-day schedules of staff to meet utilization and productivity targets and minimize overtime
· Perform review of documents and provide coaching to staff on quality issues, as needed
· Analyze project deliverables, assign required level of support, and/or determine appropriate approval routing
· Balance workload among team members
· Understand and adhere to policies and procedures, review and approval processes
· Interact effectively and maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating tact and diplomacy
· Dependability, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

· Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
· Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to follow through projects
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to manage and coordinate projects simultaneously with multiple-level tasks, and to function independently while exercising sound judgment
· Ability to process a high volume of incoming requests with speed and accuracy
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to communicate effectively in a global culture
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other basic applications
· Experience in print media and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
· Work onsite in Atlanta
· Duration for approximately 3 months with potential for extension

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
