We are looking for a talented, organized and experienced Traffic Coordinator for an exciting opportunity with one of our top Fortune500 financial services client. If you are located in Wilmington, DE and are looking for your next incredible project, we want to chat!

Our client is a full-service, in-house advertising agency of Fortune500 financial services and lending company and they are looking for an experienced traffic coordinator with 1-3 years experience to join their team. In this role, you will create and maintains job schedules, and organizes and expedites circulation and approvals for jobs within the agency. You will also work with closely with agency team leaders in assigning resources and managing workload.

− You will coordinates, organize and communicates with all departments within the agency
− You will work with agency team leaders to establish resources and manage workload
− You will create and maintains advertising job schedules to meet LOB lead times
− You will manage workflow within the agency and takes a proactive approach to expediting circulation
− You will acquire proper approvals from all necessary functions
− You will possess a comprehensive knowledge of agency jobs from beginning to end
− You will act as a backup to other traffic coordinators

− You must have a Bachelor’s degree
− You must have 1 - 3 years experience in an advertising agency environment
− You must have intermediate PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
− You must have the ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize requests from multiple team members

− You must be a fast learner with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
− You must be highly organized and detail-oriented
− You must have sound judgment and interpersonal skills
