Our Insurance client located in Purchase, NY is looking for a Traffic Coordinator for a part-time contract opportunity. This is a long-term contract and expected hours are about 24-32 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• The Traffic Coordinator reviews new projects, assigns schedules, allocates and manages resources, and tracks productivity for all projects.
• Provides ongoing updates and reviews to project managers and department staff on status of projects. Additionally, provides regular reporting on project and resource productivity to management.
• The Coordinator will be responsible for constant follow-up with project managers regarding information or materials needed in order to continue or complete projects. The incumbent may also assist in researching and/or obtaining information necessary for project completion (i.e. may assist with stock photo search or obtaining print ad specs) as required.
• Provides administrative support to the department as needed and serves as the back-up to the current traffic coordinator in his/her absence.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Traffic Coordination experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Intermediate computer software skills in using Corporate Email System (i.e. Outlook), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to create PDF’s within InDesign.
• Intermediate experience in database type programming (any) and Web/Internet navigation.
