Traffic Coordinator

Our client seeks an individual with the following mix of capabilities including, but not limited to:

• Working with stake holders and a team of (10 – 15)
• Copy Editing
• Accountable for deliverables and stakeholder deliverable accountability
• Directing workflow process and managing deadlines
• Receiving creative requests, checking that all appropriate information is included, and scheduling resources to fulfill them on an ongoing basis
• Maintaining real-time status reports and summarizing daily deliverable snapshots
• Hosting and moderating weekly status meetings with local and remote work teams
• Communicating all timelines, challenges and solutions to all internal team members and internal clients
• Keeping all teams informed of conflicts, delays or any other unusual situations that hold the potential to impact assigned deliverables
• Proactively and positively approaching all challenges in a timely manner, preferably identifying these challenges prior to team members being impacted
• Ensuring that assigned projects are kept on schedule and that the flow of work is managed efficiently
• Previewing jobs for quality-assurance prior to reviews with internal staff
• Working with internal Account teams to obtain deadline extensions or to re-prioritize scheduling, when necessary
• Ability to motivate team members to meet deadlines and schedules

Previous Advertising Agency Project Management or Traffic Management preferred
