Traffic Coordinator

In-house marketing department is rapidly-expanding and need to find a Traffic Coordinator You will work closely with fellow coordinators, creatives, the Director of Marketing, members of the management team, external vendors, and clients to help grow the business and exposure.

• Coordinate the production of advertisements, mailers, brochures, and eblasts utilizing existing branded templates and custom alternatives
• Prioritize the production of all collateral and advertisements, and delegate projects to creatives
• Be conscientious of both client and company brand guidelines
• Assist in the management of the production of all agent and company collateral
• Consistently meet deadlines while adhering to quality standards
• Review all proofs, prepare and deliver final proofs
• Manage the timeline and delivery of all print materials from request to completion
• Communicate the status of all production to fellow coordinators and the Director of Marketing
• Provide consistent and excellent customer service

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor's degree in advertising/design/communications a benefit but not required
• Understanding or commitment to learn both print and web production processes
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Show initiative/self starter
• Strong collaborator
