Traffic Coordinator

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, processing and trafficking print marketing projects.

You will act as a liaison between internal clients, outside vendors and creative staff to coordinate efficient workflow. The Traffic Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining records of action and work and routing projects for approval. You will work within a large job tracking database so any experience working within a job tracking database is preferred.

Other Requirements:
• 1-3 years of client side marketing or Advertising Agency experience
• Working knowledge of print design process, production, printing processes, vendor management, project tracking databases and Microsoft Office
• Superior communication and skills
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required
