We are hiring a Traffic Coordinator for our global fortune 500 retailer client in San Diego, CA. You will work with the creative team and interact with other teams to ensure materials and work flow steps are happening in a timely manner. Looking for someone that is organized, methodical, high attention to detail and adaptable. Good interpersonal skills, patient and excellent at managing stress and pressure. This person will help with archiving samples of all our printed jobs, generating barcodes using adobe illustrator and barcode producer, making minor edits as requested so basic knowledge of adobe creative suite is preferred. Will be assisting in gathering information for jobs, tracking approvals online, preparing status reports using our project management tool. gathering assets needed for jobs. 

What tasks will this position perform?

Answer - - Basic knowledge of Creative Suite - Basic knowledge of project management - Microsoft Office - High school diploma

Answer - - Mid level knowledge of Creative Suite - layout and design - Mid level project management - has used some sort of software for project management - Microsoft Office - advanced (excel, word and outlook)
