Our client is a large financial institution in Wilmington, DE and they are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join their team for a contract to hire contract opportunity. This is 40 hours a week, health benefits and 401K options are offered.

 

 

 

The digital Traffic Coordinator (TC) reports to the Executive Director. The traffic coordinator must understand every aspect of digital teams workflow and production processes and must keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines. The Traffic Coordinator will direct the work flow to and from four team lines of business. The Traffic Coordinator controls the red light/green light of a creative project or marketing campaign. They understand how all of the pieces come together and are tasked with making sure everything is accomplished to task. He/she will coordinate and track the statuses of multiple projects and keep things running smoothly across a business. This job requires organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities of Traffic Coordinator:

· Coordinates, organizes and communicates with all teams

· Works with management team to establish resources and manage workload

· Creates and maintains job schedules to meet delivery dates

· Manages overall workflow and takes proactive approach to expediting circulation

· Acquires proper approvals from all necessary functions

· Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of agency jobs from beginning to end

 

 

 

Requirements of Traffic Coordinator:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 1 – 3 years of experience in agency environment

· Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize requests from multiple team members

· Excellent communication skills

· Fast-learner with demonstrated success in fast-paced environment

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Sound judgement and interpersonal skills

· Intermediate PPT, Word, Excel, and Project skills

· Previous experience with Work Front or similar platforms a plus
