The primary role of the traffic coordinator for Creative Service Operations is to support team
members in the development and delivery of marketing communications projects and provide
high quality service.
The ideal talent will be responsible for but not limited to:
Oversee, manage and handle the traffic/project management for all offline and online materials for both
direct response and marketing communications across marketing areas (LOBs)
Demonstrate and cultivate department vision and values
Maintain and works in collaboration with creative, editorial, studio, print production and fulfillment teams
Effective collaboration with Direct Response Marketing Manager and Project Managers
Act as a liaison, problem-solver and facilitator as necessary
Apply problem-solving skills and thinking to allocate resources efficiently.
Provide high quality, responsive client communications and service
Provide accurate and timely communication on project status to production, consulting and creative units.
Ensure that design solutions are appropriate for targeted audiences by meeting project-specific criteria
(including content and budge parameters)
Adhere to established department’s Policies and Procedures
Follow traffic and studio procedures for jobs, including naming conventions, tracking system, opening jobs and job purging and filing
Adhere to established department’s Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Manage and organize project folders and project archives
Maintain high productivity and accuracy, and completeness of project assignments in a timely manner
Assess project impact on the workforce and reports to Traffic Manager
Schedule and monitor project flow of direct response and marketing communications projects
Coordinate and facilitate weekly project status meetings
Coordinate and facilitated daily/weekly creative (hot sheet) meeting
Update job tracking system and production schedule both in excel and MOM
Develop project timelines with DRMM and PM
