Traffic Coordinator - Temp to Hire

Our innovative financial services client is looking for a detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to join their growing team to manage design and marketing projects. This includes scheduling and tracking the day-to-day workflow for all marketing and design deliverables, from print and digital collateral to email campaigns. The Traffic Coordinator will manage schedules and workflow on an enterprise automated workflow tool, ensuring accuracy in updating and communicating all project deliverables / tasks to stakeholders and internal teams.

This is a Temp to Hire 40 hour / week onsite position in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:
In coordination with the Marketing and Design Managers, create and monitor production schedules, track deliverables and budget.
Coordinate with Managers and teams to establish weekly workflow priorities.
Ensure that job requests are properly submitted, approved and initiated into the system.
Co-lead weekly production status meeting to set priorities and daily “hot points.”
Communicate status updates and weekly reports to Management and Executive stakeholders.
Liaison to the agency responsible for execution of collateral and communicate all design, copy and photo revisions to the internal managers.
Manage proofing and approval processes of all collateral and print/digital campaign projects.

Job Requirements:
1-4 yrs. of related work experience: administrative, marketing / creative, or project management experience..
Ability to work on multiple projects and multi-task.
Can-do-it positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves pro-active approach to work.
Career history that reflects a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Strong attention to details with the ability to show ownership of projects from start to finish.
Team-oriented person who can also work independently.
Strong sense of urgency and calm under pressure.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and communicate mission critical deadlines to upper management.
Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
Advanced user in Excel and familiarity with workflow automation tool preferred.
