Traffic Coordinator

Our innovative financial services client is looking for a detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to join their growing team to manage design and marketing projects. This includes scheduling and tracking the day-to-day workflow for all marketing and design deliverables, from print and digital collateral to email campaigns. The Traffic Coordinator will manage schedules and workflow on an enterprise automated workflow tool, ensuring accuracy in updating and communicating all project deliverables / tasks to stakeholders and internal teams.

This is a Temp to Hire 40 hour / week onsite position in San Francisco.

Responsibilities and Duties:
In coordination with the Marketing and Design Managers, create and monitor production schedules, track deliverables and budget
Manage intake process and coordinate weekly production meetings to set priorities & daily “hot points” and establish weekly priorities
Act as a liaison between key teams: Creative, Communications, Events, Business Units and Vendors
Set deliverable dates & expectations with internal stakeholders
Proof, review and edit copy and content for accuracy, spelling and grammar
Manage administrative needs
Schedule kick-off meetings with conference rooms, prepare materials
Track expenditures together with Marketing Managers and enter costs into Brand Central. Follow up with team on KPIs/metrics/results
Manage resource calendar
Move finished assets to our Digital Asset library, tag and expire assets appropriately

Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
2-5 years of related traffic coordination or project management experience
Ability to work on multiple projects and multi-task
Marketing, Creative/Production, Traffic Coordination or Agency experience a definite plus
Experience in a corporate or regulatory environment preferred
Can-do positive attitude. Strong sense of urgency but calm under pressure
Career history that reflects a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and communicate mission critical deadlines to management
Strong attention to detail with the ability to show ownership of projects from start to finish
Team oriented person who can also work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Advanced user in Excel and familiarity with workflow automation tool preferred
