Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Marketing Services to maintain strategic trafficking processes with business leaders, Legal, and Finance/Accounting. Accurately coordinate and communicate internal creative requests against available resources and budget. Understand and have strong awareness/capabilities in the area of digital asset knowledge and best practices. To provide daily, full-traffic management of assigned products and accounts from concept request, development to product completion. Contribute guidance and feedback on requests where necessary to assist with creative solutions. Acts as a liaison between Marketing Services and all other departments. Coordinates and ensures the on time and orderly flow of all requests from job initiation to its release and billing are tracked as requested. Create and maintain a trafficking production calendar along with a series of monthly resource reports. Traffic all jobs, including monitoring status of jobs daily, preparing weekly job status reports for account management, creative and production, and conducting/weekly traffic meetings with the full Blackboard team.
