Our large financial services client located in Windsor is looking for a Traffic & Production Coordinator for a 10 month contract assignment to help with their rebranding initiatives. Our client serves the financial needs of approximately 13 million individual and institutional customers with a comprehensive array of Retirement, Investment, Insurance and Financial planning. Their facility is one of the largest office developments built in the Greater Hartford Area. The site is centrally located, has good highway access and plenty of room for on-site parking. In addition, there is a full-service cafeteria, an on-site fitness facility, and much more. The site is a smoke-free environment and business casual attire is currently the standard.

Job Duties:

Traffic Projects and coordinate schedules for the rebranding group. Reroute jobs and create reports to determine job ownership and track progress.

Pre-Production prep for e-media and print distribution within InDesign.

Must have ability to comprehend brand standards and design elements.

Seamless workflow capability to manage and track the work in progress through completion.

Create schedules; determines resources; estimates time, completion requirements; and communicates plans to management and work team.


Bachelors degree in Graphic Arts or Marketing

2+ years specific experience in Production and/or Traffic

Working knowledge of design applications including InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator and HTML, and ability to understand and prep for production requirements to platform based distribution systems.

Competency with Microsoft Word, specifically Word 10.
