Sales Kick off through December—working with the marketing Dept to set up the event,


You will be the Events Manager for the yearly SalesForce kick-off—invite all of their clients to see their new products—usually internationally, Madrid was last year—All of their Sales and Marketing 

JOB DESCRIPTION/DELIVERABLES: 
2500 or more—large event 
Description:We are looking for someone to help provide the following services Work may include but may not be limited to the following: Re: Tradeshows Pre-Event: 

- Booth location review and recommendations. 
- Work with Software AG stakeholders to determine appropriate messaging and branding. - Speaker selection & management where applicable. 
- Booth structure vendor coordination (artwork, configuration etc), Liase with show organizer. 
- In booth services (electric, rigging, lead retrieval, catering etc.). 
- Staff Selection & Registration. 
- Research all relevant show above and beyond sponsorship opportunities that are relevant to Software AG and roll up to decision makers. 
- Event Promotion – On website and working with campaign team. 
- Giveaway Souring, proposal and fulfillment (according to Software AG policies). 
- Production of “know before you go guide” including booth coverage schedule . 
- Event Budget Management. 
- Shipping – Outbound/Inbound. Onsite: 
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled, A/V and internet is working. 
- Management of onsite event staff 
– Ensuring all staff are at the booth, etc. Re: Software AG Events (e.g., Sales Kick-Off) 
- Liaise with hotel. 
- Catering Management. 
- Room Block Management. 
- Space & Room allocation. 
- Coordinating with other vendors. 
- Event Budget Management.
