Trade Account Coordinator, e-Commerce

The e-Commerce TAC position plays an integral support role in the development of the emerging online grocery channel. This role specifically supports the national e-Commerce customer team in two functional areas:

1. Onboarding New Online Customers
2. Maintaining and updating Online catalogues

Key Accountabilities:
In support online sales strategy, this person will act as the initial point of contact in managing day to day transactions with e-Grocery customers:
1. Support Amazon TAC with Key Projects
-Insure correct product codes are tied to Amazon ASINs for EDI integration
-Manage product package and price changes
-Catalogue updates
- Distribution Center stocking grids

2. New Customer Onboarding:
-Credit application process
-Integrating new customer into order and delivery process
-Set-up product catalogue Product Merchandising details of Images
-Product specifications
-Online Shelf Management
-Monthly shelf surveys

Monthly promotion confirmations Interface with:
-Amazon TAC
-Customer Sales Leadership
-BU Channel Leads -
-Customer Finance Team - Customer Service Team
-Accounts Receivable and Trade Spend Teams
-Peer collaboration opportunities
-Sales and Product Systems Support Personnel

Role of Position:

  • Be the first line of defense to resolve customer issues
  • Manage customer maintenance and communication process
  • Track and report monthly volume for assigned account responsibility

    Primary Responsibilities
  • Track volume for assigned accounts each period and provide reports to National Account Sales Managers
  • Communicate equipment installs for new and existing outlets
  • Work with National Customer Service and Database System in notifying of account status (outlets closing, change of ownership, missing volume)
  • Maintain customer database information (change of ownership, contract status, new outlets and contact information)
  • Address minor questions/issues raised by customer or bottlers
  • Send out correspondence to customer or bottlers regarding assigned accounts (surveys, new contracts package, conversion issues)
  • Facilitate questions regarding contract logistics from bottlers, customer service, field sales, etc.
  • Communicate to customers marketing programs and initiatives available to drive volume
