Title Operations Coordinator

Our Entertainment client seeks a Coordinator to assist their Title Operations team with a variety of tasks 
including metadata entry, asset tracking and research projects. A successful candidate 
has strong written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable 
asking questions. Additionally, strong candidates are comfortable using the following Excel 
functions and learn new ones as needed: 

○ Vlookup 
○ If/then 
○ Concatenation 
○ Conditional Formatting 
○ Filtering

● Are detail-oriented 
● Are an avid data wrangler 
● Are a self-starter 
● Are an excellent communicator 
● Are a proactive problem-solver 
 

You might not be great for this role if you: 
● Don’t enjoy operations 
● Dislike change 
● Wait to be told what to do 

Have what it takes? 
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
● Needs to be able to push back and ask questions. Not looking for someone 
who will barrel through to get a task finished and do it wrong. 
● Problem solver, detail oriented, and analytical 
● Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to change 
● Proficient with Google Apps
