Digital Designer

1. Must be a creative individual to join our interactive media group and bring our online presence to the next level. 2. You will design and develop interactive media including HTML email blasts, killer Flash movies, and multimedia assets for our local affiliates and high-profile national partners. 3. Use your design and creative skills to support ongoing improvements to our flagship web site, as well as to our subsidiary websites 4 As a member of our in-house creative team, the Designer is responsible for the visual design and production of event assets, product marketing support, email marketing, social media posts, digital ads, banners, and other interactive marketing

Graphic Design

5. Design and create our publications, collateral, product support, and other graphic media:

a. Meet with authoring internal staff to discuss scope/target audience/best graphic vehicle to meet objective/schedules and deadlines;

b. Design publication or other collateral items using proprietary or purchased resources according to our brand standards;

c. Manage multiple projects simultaneously which include review and revision process to achieve approved creative product;

d. Prepare and deliver technically-correct digital files for printing process or online distribution.

6. Maintain, interpret and adapt our brand graphics standards

a. Update and refine Brand Identity Guidelines document;

b. Create new solutions for additional uses as needed;

c. Assist staff with brand graphics requests/questions/problem solving;
